The next major version of RiskTree was released today. In response to user requests, this update provides the ability to place tags onto risks and countermeasures within RiskTrees. Tags allow additional metadata to be used, spanning across trees to give further richness to the data sets. Examples of their use include linking countermeasures with control sets (such as ISO27001), or risks with their owners. Many online software services now use tags, and we are pleased to be able to add this important functionality to RiskTree.
